Welcome to TDS Online Training Platform, operated by TeamO Digital Solutions ("TDS", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before registering or enrolling in any course.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise accessing our training platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Services

The TDS Training Platform provides:

• Online courses in technology, data, digital skills, and professional development
• Free Basics access to introductory lessons on all courses
• Full paid access to complete course content, quizzes, and assessments
• Certificates of completion for qualifying courses
• Scholarship opportunities for eligible learners

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access most features, you must register for a free account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and update your account details as necessary
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not create accounts using automated methods or create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions or scholarships.

4. Course Enrollment

Upon enrolling in a course:

• Free Basics: You get immediate access to introductory lessons at no charge. Free access is granted indefinitely but may be revoked if these terms are violated.
• Full Access: Payment is required to unlock all lessons, quizzes, projects, and certificates. Access is granted for the lifetime of the course on our platform.
• Course content, structure, and instructors may change over time. We strive to maintain quality and will notify enrolled students of major changes.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payment amounts are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of full course purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to info@teamodigitalsolutions.com with your order details.

Scholarships and sponsored enrolments are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content without written permission
• Record, screenshot, or download video lessons for redistribution
• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit plagiarised work for projects or assessments
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate instructors, staff, or other students
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the platform

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content including videos, slides, notes, code samples, quizzes, and assessments are the intellectual property of TeamO Digital Solutions or the respective instructors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content solely for your personal learning.

You retain ownership of any work you submit as part of course projects, but grant TDS a non-exclusive licence to use submissions for educational improvement and platform promotion.

8. Certificates

Certificates of completion are awarded upon successfully completing all required course activities, including lessons, quizzes, and assessments, where applicable. Certificates:

• Are issued in the name provided during registration — ensure your name is correct before completing a course
• Can be verified via our public certificate verification tool at verify-certificate
• Represent completion of the course, not accreditation by a government or regulatory body unless explicitly stated

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of terms violation. Upon termination, your access to all course content will cease. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@teamodigitalsolutions.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamO Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or inability to access courses during platform downtime.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
